SecurLOCK Equip App Registration Instructions
Listed below are instructions for registering your debit card with Glass City Federal CU’s debit card text alert/card control app – SecurLOCK Equip. This app is available for Apple’s iPhone and Android smartphones. You can find the app in the Apple iTunes App Store or Google Play Store by searching for SecurLOCK Equip.
1. Launch the app on your phone.
2. On the login page, tap the Sign Up Free button

3. Enter in the 16-digit debit card number and tap Next.

4. Enter in the 3-digit CVV number on the back of your debit card in the Security Token field, expiration date of your debit card, and the street address and zip code of your home. You do not need to enter in the city or the state of your home. When finished, tap Next.

5. Scroll through and read the Terms and Conditions. Tap Accept to accept and continue on with the registration.

6. Scroll through and read the Privacy Policy. Tap Accept to continue on with the registration.

7. Create a username and password to use to log in to the app. You can click the down arrow at the end of the username field to browse through suggested usernames, or you can create your own username. Then enter in your email address and first and last name. When finished, tap Next.

If all information was entered in correctly, you will get a confirmation message stating your registration was successful. Tap OK.

8. On the app login page, enter in the username and password you created in Step 7. If you want the app to automatically populate your username on future logins, first enter in your username, then tap the box next to Remember my Username so that it has a check mark in it, enter in your password, and finally tap the Login button.

9. The app allows you to create a passcode that you can use to log back in with instead of having to enter in with your username and password. This is optional – if you do not want to create a passcode, tap Cancel. If you choose to create a passcode, enter it in and tap the Set button. **NOTE: Apple iPhone users: You can also log in to the app using Touch ID. However, in order for this feature to work, you must create a passcode.
